Position: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to highlight company offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client needs. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to stay ahead. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives. Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and conferences. Provide exceptional client support throughout the sales cycle and post-engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
