We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our business expansion in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate gifting and promotional products across various industries in the UAE.
-Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
-Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
-Collaborate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
-Conduct market research to identify new trends, products, and competitive pricing.
-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
-Attend exhibitions, networking events, and meetings to promote Brand Qube's products and services.
-Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in sales within the corporate gifting, promotional items, printing, or advertising industry.
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong client networking abilities with corporate clients, event planners, and marketing agencies.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Valid UAE driving license preferred.
