We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves assisting clients with company formation, licensing, and related procedures, while ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, cold calling, and referrals. Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions aligned with the company's services and objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, PRO, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote services. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Previous experience in sales, business development, or consultancy is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (UAE experience preferred).
