As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to attract new clients, and managing relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our Partner to develop and implement marketing plans, conduct market research, and identify areas of growth for the firm.
We are seeking a motivated business development executive to assist in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs.
To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers regularly.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Work closely with Partner to develop and implement marketing plans.
Attend networking events and conferences to build the firm's profile in the UAE market
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients on our services and expertise
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for the firm
Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities by generating qualified leads and converting them in client meetings.
Understanding client's pain point and relate to relevant solutions offered by Firm.
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists in Firm's CRM
Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
Required skills:
Proven track record of meeting targets and developing new business.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
3-4 years of professional relevant experience in same industry.
Knowledge of Accounting and Business Consultancy industry and services
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong networking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM.
Added skill that will get preference:
Knowledge of digital media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Practical knowledge of media creative tools (Canva, Pic Monkey, etc)
Additional benefits: salary up to 5000 aed and commessions
