Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese-speaking regions.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and distributors.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations in Chinese and English.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and business activities in CRM systems.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings (as required).
Translate and localize marketing materials, proposals, and other business documents as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development, sales, or client management--preferably in a cross-border or B2B environment.
Fluency in
Mandarin Chinese
and
English
(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
