Oo La Lab is a distinguished company with a notable presence in Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Thailand. Oo La Lab is a niche fragrance house for corporates in general, and luxury brands in specific.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to acquire new corporate accounts for our products and services and to manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to project delivery. If you are someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes initiative, and most importantly have worked for or have an interest in the fragrance industry this job is for you!
- Business Development Executive
? Demonstrate excellent sales ability to promote our products by identifying and converting corporates, agencies, and luxury brand clients
? Generate direct sales via outreach with a consultative selling approach and strong presentation to conduct product demonstrations
? Proactively work with upper management to identify sales targets, prepare sales reports, and make use of market research
? Manage the entire sales cycle by daily engaging in sales activities to develop a strong sales pipeline
? Ensure a smooth and successful execution and delivery of projects & events
? Contribute to company strategy & product development via client feedback
Requirements
? Proven experience in sales/account management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
? Experience in canvassing new business opportunities with detailed knowledge of sales fundamentals
? A team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, one who can quickly adapt and look for solutions
? Ability to work proactively and be a self starter in a dynamic environment
? Passion or knowledge of the beauty, perfume, and cosmetics industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
