Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garments and textile sector.
Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
Meet potential clients and present company products/services effectively.
Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage end-to-end business development cycle -- from lead generation to closing deals.
Gather market intelligence and identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Garments/Textile industry.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Strong B2B sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets.
Existing client network/list of clients in the garments or textile sector is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
Experience working with export houses, buying agents, or apparel manufacturers.
Knowledge of textile production processes, fabrics, and supply chain.
