Job Description

We are looking for a

female Business Development Executive

with proven experience in

closing sales leads

within the

UAE business setup industry

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of

Free Zone and Mainland company formation

and be skilled at converting qualified leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle and close incoming sales leads efficiently. Advise clients on suitable options for business setup in Free Zones or Mainland. Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into confirmed sales. Prepare proposals, quotations, and documentation required for company formation. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

UAE business setup consultancy

(Free Zone & Mainland). Strong

sales closing and negotiation skills

. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
