We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field marketing and client acquisition within the UAE market. The candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, and maintaining long-term relationships across Dubai mainland and free zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to promote company services. Develop new business leads and expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven outdoor marketing or sales experience in the UAE. Strong understanding of industrial areas and free zones across Dubai. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have own car. Candidates on their own visa are preferred. Online or digital marketing experience is not required -- this role is purely field-based.
Compensation:

Salary: AED 4,500 - 5,000 per month + Attractive commission based on performance.
