We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented
Senior Business Development Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in high-end real estate sales, a customer-first mindset, and a talent for building strong, lasting client relationships. This role involves guiding clients through the purchasing process, providing expert advice, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Conduct property tours and professionally showcase Crystal Bay Developers' portfolio to prospective clients and investors.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized property solutions.
Stay current with market trends, competitive developments, and real estate laws and regulations.
Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive.
Deep understanding of high-end residential and commercial real estate markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Strong ability to establish trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
