Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive business growth.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
What we need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be available in UAE.
Must be able to speak Hindi. English, Malayalam, Tamil.
