Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting tendering and project acquisition within the MEP contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and pursue MEP project opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
Research and track upcoming projects and tenders.
Prepare prequalification documents, proposals, and bids.
Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for tender submissions.
Attend client meetings and industry events to promote company services.
Achieve business growth and sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
3-6 years' experience in MEP or construction business development.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, tendering, and project bidding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license required.
