We're Hiring: Business Development Executive - VAT & Corporate Tax Services

Join our team in Dubai as a Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Audit, Accounting, or Consultancy firms in the UAE. Our focus is on Audit, Tax, Accounting, and Advisory Services.

As a proactive and results-oriented team member, you will play a key role in promoting our VAT, Tax, and Accounting services to clients in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and staying updated on UAE VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities in VAT, accounting, and tax services

- Cultivate strong client relationships for sustainable business growth

- Effectively communicate accounting and VAT services to potential clients

- Stay informed on UAE VAT regulations and compliance practices

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive strategy

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs

- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA is a plus)

- 2-3 years of UAE experience in accounting or consultancy firms with a focus on business development or client-facing roles

- Profound knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting practices

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with the Dubai business landscape is advantageous
