We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for our logistics and freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the B2B and B2C.
Client Acquisition: Secure new clients by delivering customized logistics solutions aligned with their unique operational needs and challenges.
Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic pipeline development and effective deal closure.
Market Expansion: Enhance the company's market footprint through targeted outreach, networking and relationship-building with key industry stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients to support retention and repeat business
Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements and service expectations.
Industry Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and proactively mitigate potential risks.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations, customer service and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the UAE freight forwarding/ logistics/ shipping industry.
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field is preferred.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE trade lanes, shipping terms (Incoterms), international shipping, customs regulations, logistics operations and freight pricing structures.
Client Base: Existing client base/network in logistics industry is an advantage.
Communication: Excellent English. Strong negotiation, presentation and follow-up skills.
Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is a must. Willingness to travel within the UAE for client visits.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
