Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets in the building contracting and maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the contracting and maintenance field. Visit potential clients, present our services, and close sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and facility managers. Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions and quotations. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly basis. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, fit-out, or maintenance industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong closer. UAE driving license and own car -

mandatory

. Good knowledge of the Dubai market and business practices. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
