We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Promote the company's flooring and related products to potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in business development or sales (preferably in flooring, building materials, or construction sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
