We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in joinery to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive in the joinery sector, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our high-quality adhesives / sealant / cutting machine products used for Joinery industry. The ideal candidate should possess minimum 2 years of experience in selling joinery products for, complete residential or commercial joinery with deep understanding of joinery processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the joinery market, including builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base.
Promote the company's adhesives / sealant / cutting machine products and services to potential clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
Provide clients with product information, quotations, and lead times, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery and installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Coordinate with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
Provide accurate information regarding client orders, preferences, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the joinery, carpentry, or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
