Almas IT Infrastructure LLC, headquartered in Dubai, is a global software and IT services company serving 400+ clients across ERP, POS, Property Management, and Document Clearing sectors.

We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a Business Development Executive who's hungry to grow, close deals, and earn attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate new leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and networking

Qualify inbound leads provided by the company

Research potential clients and understand their business needs

Client Meetings & Demos

Conduct compelling product presentations and software demonstrations

Tailor demos based on client industry and requirements

Address client queries and objections with confidence

Follow up on leads and proposals to move deals forward

Negotiate pricing and close the sales deal effectively

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly targets

Build long-term relationships with clients for cross-selling/up-selling

Ensure smooth handover to implementation/support teams

Collect client feedback for continuous product improvement

Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or tracking systems

Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of software sales experience in the UAE

Good command over spoken and written English, Hindi and Malayalam is mandatory

Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal closures

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

UAE driving license is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

Knowledge of ERP, POS, or business software solutions is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
