Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Prepare, present, and negotiate persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to spot growth opportunities.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets; provide regular performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, ideally within the financial services sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of the Middle East market is an advantage.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a strong asset.
Willing and able to
