Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rent-a-car or tourism market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and hospitality partners.
Promote company services including short-term rentals, long-term leasing, chauffeur services, and tourism packages.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management.

Minimum 2 years in business development or sales role in rent-a-car, transportation, or tourism sector.
License:
Valid driver's license (manual & automatic preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing basics is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus depending on the region.
