Business Development Executive
to join our team and drive growth by engaging with prospective students and ensuring an excellent academy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Conversion:
Call and follow up with academy leads (inquiries, referrals, walk-ins, online registrations).
Explain course offerings, benefits, and academy value to potential students.
Schedule and generate consultations/appointments for prospective students to visit the academy.
Consultation & Coordination:
Welcome students during visits and assist them in understanding the training programs.
Ensure smooth consultation process and support faculty/team in addressing student queries.
Student Onboarding & Class Support:
Guide enrolled students through registration and orientation.
Maintain communication with students regarding class schedules, attendance, and requirements.
Provide ongoing support to ensure student satisfaction throughout their course journey.
Reporting & Follow-up:
Maintain accurate records of calls, consultations, and enrolments in CRM/lead management systems.
Achieve monthly targets for consultations and conversions.
Share feedback and insights on lead quality, marketing campaigns, and student needs with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or customer relationship management
(education sector experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
