Key Responsibilities:
Set up and structure new businesses, including compliance and registration processes
Conduct B2B and B2C sales calls to generate leads and close deals
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development or similar role
Experience in setting up new businesses is essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
