Business Development Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 5-8 years of business development experience in the interior fit-out, joinery, or construction industry in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-value projects.
- Strong network of contacts in the commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
