Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include market research, developing strategic plans to achieve business goals, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role also involves effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Account Management Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships Relevant experience in architecture or interior design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Dubai
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the

hospitality, real estate or interior design industry

. Strong network of contacts within the hospitality and real estate industry is a

major advantage

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with the interior design process, materials, and timelines. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. UAE driving license preferred.
