We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Executive

to support our banking client in promoting and coordinating

corporate account openings

. The role involves engaging with business clients over the phone, understanding their banking needs, and guiding them through the account opening process while maintaining compliance and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing corporate clients to promote business account opening services. Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about account types, documentation, and eligibility criteria. Schedule appointments or coordinate with Relationship Managers and Sales Officers for client meetings. Assist clients through the initial stages of the account opening process by explaining procedures and collecting required details. Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM or banking database. Follow up on leads and ensure timely submission of required documents. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and account conversions. Ensure all communication complies with bank policies, confidentiality requirements, and UAE Central Bank regulations. Provide excellent customer service and uphold the bank's professional image.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in

telecalling, telesales, or banking operations

(experience in

corporate or SME banking

is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage. Good understanding of banking products, especially

corporate or business accounts

. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Target-driven, organized, and customer-focused.
