Business Development Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (construction, real estate, infrastructure, etc.) Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and procurement teams. Promote and present Ducon's product range to prospective clients with technical accuracy and value-based selling. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in coordination with the sales support team. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent Ducon and build brand awareness. Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships. Strong understanding of construction project cycles and procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Skills & Competencies



Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Languages required: English/Urdu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
