We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous interactions
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Maintain and update customer database ( Microsoft Excel /CRM)
Build strong relationships with clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Schedule meetings or product demos if required
Handle objections and negotiate to close sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent in English ( other languages is a plus)
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
