to develop our sales network across UAE, India, and the broader Middle East market. Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Development: (60%)
Identify and recruit
IT resellers, VARs, system integrators, and technology partners across UAE, India, and Middle East
Develop comprehensive partner onboarding
programs including training, certification, and go-to-market strategies
Build and maintain strategic relationships
with channel partners to drive consistent revenue growth
Create partner enablement materials
including sales collateral, technical documentation, and competitive positioning guides
Establish partner performance metrics
and regular review processes to optimize channel effectiveness
Negotiate partnership agreements
and define commercial terms, pricing structures, and incentive programs
Organize partner events, webinars, and training sessions
to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities
Monitor partner pipeline
and provide ongoing support to ensure deal closure and customer satisfaction
Direct Sales & Business Development (40%)
Generate qualified leads
through prospecting, networking, and market research across target regions
Conduct product demonstrations
and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers
Manage complete sales cycles
from initial contact to contract signature and implementation handoff
Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and commercial agreements
tailored to client requirements
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain comprehensive CRM records
and provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
Represent the company
at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Collaborate with technical teams
to ensure seamless pre-sales support and solution customization
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research
to identify new opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends
Analyze customer feedback
and market demands to inform product development and positioning strategies
Propose regional pricing strategies
based on competitive analysis and market conditions
Create territory expansion plans
and growth strategies for assigned regions
Provide regular market intelligence reports
to senior management on regional developments
Required Qualifications - Essential Requirements
3-5 years of proven B2B software sales experience
, preferably in HRMS, ERP, or enterprise software solutions
Demonstrated track record
of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
Experience working with IT resellers, distributors, or channel partners
