We are seeking a high-performing
Business Development Executive
to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals in Dubai's competitive interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate is result-driven, confident, and well-versed in the local fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Dubai fit-out and renovation sector.
Build and maintain a strong network of client connections to generate sales opportunities.
Meet clients to understand technical requirements and offer customized solutions.
Collaborate with design and technical teams to align client expectations with project feasibility.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Track market trends, analyze competitors, and identify potential business leads to drive growth.
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within interior fit-out or construction.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and existing client contacts (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license (preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 3,000 - 6,000 per month (based on experience)
+ 2% commission
on for monthly targets above AED 500,000 project value closed.
