As we expand, we are looking for a driven

Business Development Analyst

to join our team and play a key role in building our deal pipeline and fueling our growth.

Role Overview:



As a Business Development Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to

source new businesses to list on our platform

by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with business owners. You will act as the first point of contact for potential sellers, educating them about our services, and guiding them toward listing their businesses with us.

Additionally, you will work to

identify and engage potential buyers

for the companies listed on our platform, helping to facilitate successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Seller Acquisition:

Identify potential businesses for sale through research, outreach, and networking. Reach out to business owners via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Present our brokerage services and explain the benefits of listing with us. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers. Work closely with internal teams to onboard new listings.
Buyer Engagement:

Identify and qualify prospective buyers for businesses listed on our platform. Respond to buyer inquiries and maintain communication throughout the sales process. Match buyers with suitable opportunities based on their investment criteria. Support negotiations and facilitate the flow of information between parties.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, M&A advisory, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making cold calls and managing outreach campaigns. Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM tools and online research methods. Passion for entrepreneurship and small-to-mid-size business transactions is a plus.
