Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company's services.
Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
business development, sales, or client relations
within the interior fit-out or construction sector in the UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of Dubai's construction/interior fit-out market is an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred.
