Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media and communications, with the ability to drive sales, build brand partnerships, and support the company's growth across multiple platforms including magazines, digital media, events, and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sell advertisement space in print and digital magazines. Identify, approach, and onboard sponsors and partners for events such as festivals, award shows, and corporate gatherings. Work closely with brands and agencies to promote press releases and PR campaigns. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, creative, events, digital) to ensure smooth project execution. Attend and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Maintain sales pipelines, proposals, client communication records, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Desired Profile

Minimum 3

years of relevant experience { Freshers also can be taken }

in media sales, event sponsorship, or PR within the

Dubai market

. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in media may also be considered. Strong understanding of media sales, brand collaboration, sponsorship pitching, and client servicing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

UAE driving license
