The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's real estate projects. The role requires a proactive and target-driven individual with strong knowledge of the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential investors, clients, and corporate partners.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and property exhibitions.
Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients and investors.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business development reports.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company revenue targets.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, property shows, and networking gatherings.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the
real estate industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market (preferred for UAE-based roles).
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory in most cases).
