Role Overview:
We are looking for a
motivated Business Development Executive
to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for bringing in IT clients, understanding their hiring requirements, and supporting them in finding the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential IT clients in the UAE
Understand client hiring requirements and job roles
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads
Coordinate with our recruitment team to ensure timely CV submissions
Track placements and earn commission on every successful closure
Requirements / Mandatory:
UAE-based candidates only
Prior experience in IT recruitment or business development in IT domain
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Compensation:
Fixed salary: AED 1,000/month
Commission:
10% on profit per successful placement for your clients
