Responsible for prospecting, pitching, and acquiring new Mini Marts.
Travel across different emirates to onboard and support merchants in person.
Developing and managing strategic relationships with key partners.
Monitor and analyze the performance of competitors in the Mini Mart space to identify top-performing stores and onboard them.
Manage inventory and content health.
Ensure best in class customer experience through strong merchandising, content and knowledge of customer journey for the category.
Competitive analysis and benchmarking.
Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses.
Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance.
Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs related to onboarding.
