Job Description

At FAMS, our Business Development Representatives play a pivotal role in acquiring clients and driving sales. This position involves a blend of online and offline strategies to effectively pitch our services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. Key responsibilities include:

Client Understanding:

Develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements, challenges, and goals in fleet management

Tailored Proposals:

Customize pitches and proposals to address specific client needs

Social Media Engagement:

Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to identify potential clients and engage with them

Content Sharing:

Share relevant content, industry insights, and success stories to build credibility and trust

Cold Calling:

Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to reach potential clients

Value Proposition:

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our fleet management services and address any concerns

Email Campaigns:

Create and execute effective email campaigns to nurture leads and provide valuable information

Personalized Communication:

Use personalized communication to establish connections with prospects

Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and innovations in fleet management solutions

Lead Generation:

Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels

Collaboration:

Work with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts

Sales Presentations:

Develop compelling and persuasive sales presentationshighlighting the benefits, ROI, and competitive advantages of our services

Negotiation:

Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients

Closing Deals:

Close deals by effectively addressing objections and concerns

Client Relationships:

Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups

Client Satisfaction:

Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling additional services

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
