Duties and responsibility:

1.

Market Research and Analysis

- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and trends in the children's entertainment sector.

- Analyse competitors and market positioning to develop effective strategies.

2.

Partnership Development

- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, such as schools, event organizers, Hotels,shopping malls,festivals,restaurants and local businesses.

- Negotiate partnerships that can enhance service offerings and broaden market reach.

3.

Sales Strategy and Execution

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from amusement activities.

- Identify and pursue new customer leads, including families, schools, and corporate clients.

4.

Promotion of Services

- Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote amusement activities, including social media, events, and promotional materials.

- Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about offerings.

5.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Gather feedback to improve services and address any issues promptly.

6.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

- Provide insights and feedback from the market to inform product and service development.

7.

Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and partnership outcomes for management review.

- Use data to drive decision-making and refine strategies.

8.

Networking and Representation

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build connections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
