Seashore Recycling & Sustainability Company is a leading environmental solutions provider in Qatar, focusing on recycling, waste management, and sustainable manufacturing. We are committed to promoting the circular economy by converting waste into valuable resources such as aluminium ingots, steel billets, plastic granules, and other eco-friendly products.

As we expand our operations to UAE, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and explore new opportunities in the recycling and sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in recycling, waste management, and sustainability projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and tenders to prospective clients. Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company capabilities. Contribute to the company's strategic vision of sustainability and circular economy by identifying innovative partnerships and projects. Monitor industry developments, policies, and regulations impacting recycling and environmental solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in recycling, sustainability, or manufacturing industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships and networks. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Knowledge of sustainability, recycling technologies, and environmental regulations in GCC is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
