About the Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the
Facility Management
sector. You'll be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities
,
nurturing client relationships
, and
driving revenue growth
across our service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business leads in commercial, residential, and government sectors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in business development within
Facility Management or Technical Services
Strong network across DxB real estate, corporate, or government sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
DxB driving license preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
