Collaborate with the in-house design team to develop tailored proposals.
Provide regular updates and reports on market developments and performance.

Requirements:
Previous experience in business development, preferably in architecture, construction, or real estate.
Strong existing network of contacts with potential clients in Dubai.
Fluency in English is mandatory ; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
