Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain Chinese-speaking clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, particularly within the Chinese business community in the UAE.
Collaborate with legal teams to identify potential business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients in both English and Chinese.
Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and other relevant business forums.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' business development experience within a UAE-based law firm
(mandatory).
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of the UAE legal market, particularly in relation to corporate and commercial law services.
Proven ability to achieve business development targets and KPIs.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
