Business Development Executive

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our client base across the UAE -- in homes, offices, and outdoor spaces.

Our business includes fresh plants, preserved plants, flowers, garden accessories, plant maintenance services, designing, and plant installation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Bring in new business by contacting customers through email, phone calls, and direct physical meetings

Promote the company's products and services

Handle inquiries, follow-ups & close deals

Record customer leads and update their progress from first contact to final sale

Support product listings: take product photographs, collect details (name, size, description, price), and share them for adding products to the website, social media store, and e-commerce platforms

Identify new business opportunities, convert them into sales, and achieve targets

Requirements:

Knowledge of plants and gardening, excellent communication and sales skills, confident in customer handling (online and field sales), occasional traveling, knowledge of social media and e-commerce/product listing is required. Familiarity with plantscaping/landscaping design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an added advantage.
