Job Details:
Effective coordination with the Branches to track the sales progress and market initiatives.
Ensure that Branch Employees are well dressed, presentable and guide them on marketing and business development initiatives.
Prepare the semi-monthly reports on the branch business achievements and present them to the management.
Set achievable targets and track achievements effectively
Actively research and identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, clients, and revenue streams.
Develop and execute sales plans, contributing to the overall business strategy and helping the company achieve its revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and challenges.
Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
