Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements to secure new business.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial service sectors is a plus.
Valid driving license preferred.
