Job Description

Join the Bang & Olufsen team and step into an exciting role as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project sales, targeting the hospitality sector, architects, interior designers, system integrators, and high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, and luxury sectors. Drive B2B sales through strategic targeting and relationship building. Identify and pursue project sales opportunities to meet annual revenue targets. Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and revenue. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, marketing, and B2B sales. Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Experience in project sales and relationship management with high-profile clients. Strong network in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, and luxury sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; Arabic language is an advantage. ?
The salary for this role is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
