Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Services Company required

We're seeking a driven

Business Development Executive

to accelerate growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. If you're a confident closer with DxB market experience and a passion for client relationships--this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify prospects, pitch services, and close deals

Client Engagement:

Build lasting relationships with property managers, FM firms, and corporate clients

Market Expansion:

Research trends, target new segments, and support strategic growth initiatives

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare quotations, conduct meetings, and finalize contracts

Account Management:

Ensure client satisfaction, upsell services, and manage renewals

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with operations and report on sales performance

Requirements



Proven experience in sales or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial service sectors is a plus
