Business Development Executive

Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Services Company required

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Sales

: Identify prospects, pitch services, and close deals

Client Engagement

: Build lasting relationships with FM firms, corporates, and property managers

Market Expansion

: Research trends, target new segments, and support strategic growth

Proposal & Negotiation

: Prepare quotations, lead meetings, and finalize contracts

Account Management

: Ensure client satisfaction, upsell services, and manage renewals

Team Collaboration

: Coordinate with operations and report on sales performance

What You Bring



Proven experience in sales or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial service sectors is a plus
