Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and system integration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions including cabling, server systems, telephony, and network infrastructure.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market & Industry Awareness
Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate with pre-sales engineers and project teams for seamless delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to build brand presence.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT system integration or related technology fields.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, networking, cabling, and telephony.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
