Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our holiday home portfolio, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Experience in the

holiday home or real estate industry

is preferred, but candidates with strong sales/business development experience in other sectors are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new property listings for holiday home management Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate partners Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies Conduct property viewings and explain service offerings to potential clients Negotiate and close contracts with property owners Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year

of experience in

business development, sales, or real estate

Previous experience in the

holiday home

or

short-term rental

industry is a

strong advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Arabic

is

mandatory

Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team UAE driving license is a plus
