We're expanding our team and looking for talented, motivated professionals to join us in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across the region. Union Properties is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support growth across its real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall sales and leasing objectives of the company. This role requires strong communication skills, industry awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, client visits, and digital platforms.
- Present and promote Union Properties' residential and commercial developments to potential clients.
- Arrange and conduct property tours, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications to convert leads into deals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and report activity to management regularly.
- Monitor real estate trends and competitor activity to refine business development strategies.
